Trivia
As of the current version of Last Day on Earth: Survival Beta v.1.11.9 there is still no other use of this item besides as a melee weapon. But in a future update it is believed to be one of the items used for the "Boat Dock" that is currently not anything else but for decoration on the map at the moment.
